How do I return an item?

FOR RETURNS WITH SUNGLASSES THAT HAVE NEVER BEEN WORN – UNLIMITED TIME TO RETURN
There is no time limit given for the customer to return a sunglass purchased on our website, as long as the sunglasses are in perfect condition (never has been worn), and are in their original box, and the customer has their receipt/order number.

FOR RETURNS OF ANY KIND - WITHIN 90 DAYS
If a customer wants to return a purchase from our store or e-store, even after they have worn their sunglasses, the customer may return their purchase within 90 Days of the purchase. They must have their receipt/order # and the original box.

FOR REPAIRS OF SUNGLASSES - UNDER WARRANTY OR NOT
Please click on Repair your sunglasses. There we have written out each vendors warranty and where to send your sunglasses. The manufacturers want to deal directly with their customers so they may communicate with the customer directly if a repair does not fall in under warranty and how much it will cost to repair your sunglasses.
